Simplify server, launcher, games manifest codes.
Server is the host, rules should be owned by him.
Launcher (menu and main code) on the same files.
GUI -> Keep it simple & easy to work on.

- add: many kind of input, element as flex/table
- add: a way to make event easily;
- todo: add a scrollbar for flex/table if amount of item is huge
